Metaphorically speaking, the meeting of Emil Miszk and Sławek Koryzno, which gave rise to BLED, felt like a natural, cosmic process — unaffected by human actions or intentions. The band specializes in creating long, immersive musical forms that allow listeners to pause for a moment and dive into their own thoughts.
As the artists themselves put it: “BLED is a fusion of many inspirations we’ve each encountered over the years. The idea was to play in a minimalist setup — it offers a completely different set of possibilities than performing in larger ensembles.” “Comets Sessions” is additional material from the “Roots & Futuristic Sci-Fi Sounds” recording sessions. The cassette features three spacious, ambient compositions in which the artists take their time, freely exploring sonic space without concern for structure or duration.
