Jazz Band Młynarski-Masecki has released their second album — a realization of their dream to create a true jazz orchestra. Expanding from their original seven-piece lineup, they added a string section, trumpets, and trombones, forming a 17-member ensemble with a much broader sonic palette. The album features songs mostly from the late 1930s and early 1940s — all classic Polish hits, once widely known, now somewhat forgotten. Through his fresh arrangements, Marcin Masecki breathes entirely new life into these songs, giving them a spirit that belongs firmly in the 21st century.
